Essential Visitor Policies for a Safe and Enjoyable Experience at DiDonato Family Fun Center

✨For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly request that any minor aged 15 years and younger have an adult present at DiDonato’s while on the premises.

🐶 Only trained service animals are permitted inside DiDonato Family Fun Center and at our outdoor Rolling Railway. Emotional support animals are not permitted. This is to prioritize the safety of guests & staff that have pet allergies.

🍽️ Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises. Guests may enjoy food and drinks purchased at designated areas within the center.
💚All visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the facility.

⏰ Ticket's for DiDonato's Rolling Railway: The time on your tickets is the time you arrive to begin the experience. We only allow guests to check in within 15 minutes of their ticketed time. No entry if you arrive 15 minutes after your ticketed time without prior approval by DiDonato’s.

🎃 Dressing up is encouraged for our Trick-or-Treat Train! Costumes should be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. Excessive gore, violence, or graphic imagery is not permitted. Weapons and masks that cover the visibility of a guest’s face are not permitted. By adhering to these policies, we can ensure that the Trick-or-Treat Train remains a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
